The Cocktail

Rhubarb Kiss is made with our popular Rhubarb and Rose Gin

What you'll need

► Double shot (50ml) Rhubarb & Rose Gin (available at the distillery shop)
► 5ml blackberry liqueur 
► 1 x dash of orange bitters
► 1 x stick of rhubarb
► Ice
► Cocktail shaker
► Julep strainer (or tea strainer)
► Martini glass

Step by step

1. Prepare a chilled Martini glass with a thin slice of rhubarb placed around the inside of the glass.
2. Pour in your ingredients to the shaker with ice and stir until chilled
3. Double strain into a Martini glass
4. Enjoy!
