Private Virtual Events
What is a virtual tasting?
Did you ever want to go to a fun filled party but you equally wouldn’t mind staying dry and cozy by the fire? Now you can!
A virtual event is a great way for your friends/colleagues to come together and enjoy an event while staying warm, comfortable and safely socially distant.
Join the Head Distiller for a Virtual Gin Tasting and discover the world of Aberdeen distilled gin while following along with a range of carefully selected gins.
Let’s make this an amazing time. Let’s bring people together. Let’s have a gin (or two)...
City of Aberdeen Distillery is owned and run by two friends, Dan and Alan. The distillery opened its doors in December 2019, proudly reviving Aberdeen’s lost distilling heritage. The last distillery (Strathdee Distillery) closed its doors way back in 1941 – a pause of almost 80 years.
Situated in the heart of the city, within a historic railway arch, visitors can discover the operational distillery, the Aberdeen Gin School and a retail environment offering samples and the ability for visitors to take home a bottle, filled directly from a selection of gin-filled French glass demi-johns.
During the pandemic the distillery expanded their range of their true Aberdeen distilled gins, supplied NHS GP surgeries hand santisier free of charge, worked towards launching an exciting range of offerings and will soon release their official distillery gin (as voted by the people of Aberdeen and friends of Aberdeen).
The gin produced at the distillery is small batch, full-flavoured, limited edition and Scottish. The gins all distilled using premium organic alcohol.
Packages are delivered via a 1-3 day tracked service.
