Rhubarb and Rose Gin has it all - it is sweet, smooth, floral, jammy, fruity, spicy and all round delicious Rhubarb Gin.

The gin stands really well mixed with a light tonic water or neat over ice.

If you prefer to enjoy neat, every sip has a different character.  Spicy on the first sip from the pink peppercorns, jammy rhubarb on the next and a final sip then introduces the sweet rose.  The finish is always of a rich rhubarb flavour.
