Distil your own Scottish Gin

Overview

Have you ever dreamed of designing and distilling your very own Scottish Gin?

New for 2025 - become a distiller and distil your perfect Scottish Gin (70cl bottle) - ready to take home immediately afterwards.

Following on from a brief introduction to the distillery and an overview of the available gin botanicals, you'll be invited to use one of the beautiful copper alembic mini-stills and, with the expert help of the Head Distiller, guided through the process of distilling your very own gin.

You'll manage the whole process yourself (we're on hand to help) - choose from over 100 botanicals including fresh citrus to design your gin, weigh out & prepare the botanicals, load your still, distil, cut down your spirit (we recommend 42% ABV), bottle, cap and label your gin. Plus we'll test how strong your gin is so you can write this down on your label. Includes tissue wrapping and a selection of goodies.

This activity includes drinks - double G&T on arrival, taste the range of locally distilled gins and a final G&T to celebrate you've officially become a Scottish Distiller.

If you're travelling with hand-luggage only, your gin can instead be decanted into 5cl miniture bottles on request (+£5 surcharge) or a mix of bottle sizes.

This activity is for guests who are 18+ (13+ are welcome to accompany).
