The distillery is currently closed for the festive break / New Year and re-opens on Friday 16th January 2026 where normal hours below will resume.
Online orders will be dispatched / ready to collect from Saturday 17th January.

Please note that whilst events are in operation, the distillery / shop is closed, however, the Click and Collect service remains open. Anytime Activities, such as the Flight of Fancy, operate within shop opening times.
Experience times
Tours, classes and experiences operate between 10am and 10pm, 7 days a week, however they run at schedules times only. Advanced booking is required. Why not book an experience today?
