Experience a flight of fancy

The distillery is home to a varied and delightful range of locally distilled gins with London Dry, Distilled and Fruit gins available to choose from. If you'd like to taste the full range of gins, why not pop along to the distillery and enjoy a Flight of Fancy. No booking is required and is open to all (as long as you're 18 or over).

The makers will be on hand to answer questions you might have about the gins or anything you'd like to know about the distillery.

Upgrade option - a rare treat: try our premium, ultra-smooth, organic base spirit followed by four single distillates of the botanicals that make a classic gin base.

Upgrade option - the flight concludes with a G&T of your choice from the range.

Following payment at the door, you'll be guided to your spot and your stations will be made up. Water is available throughout. You will then be guided through the format of the tasting. We'll also ask for your preferred mixer too - while we generally recommend a light tonic water, we have alternative mixers available e.g. lemonade or soda.

This activity is for guests who are 18+ (ages 13+ are welcome to accompany).

Upgrade option #1 - Single distillates

With this upgrade, we start the tasting with an appreciation of the base spirit - try our premium, ultra-smooth neutral grain spirit that all of our gins are based on - it's organic. Next you'll have the opportunity to try three single distillates of the botanicals that make up most gins i.e. Juniper, Coriander and Angelica (all distilled separately to taste). We then continue onto the Flight of Fancy - a tasting of the range of gins.

Upgrade option #2 - G&T

Continue your appreciation of flavour and conclude the tasting with a Gin & Tonic. You can choose from the range of gins and there are various mixers available.
