With expert guidance, you’ll learn about premium organic alcohol and essential botanicals before curating your own bespoke gin recipe. Choose from over 100 botanicals and distil your unique creation using an elegant copper alembic mini-still—an experience tailored entirely to you.

While your gin distils, enjoy a curated tasting session featuring a range of gin expressions including the distillery's Signature Gin, accompanied by stories and insights about their distinct characteristics. Sip on a G&T crafted to match your favourite sample from the tasting.

To complete your unique bottle of Scottish Gin, personalise every detail: select its strength, fill the bottle and cap, design your label, and name your creation. End the experience by toasting your success as a private distiller with a specially crafted surprise cocktail.
