Botanical usage

During the Gin Experience you will be using a wide range of botanicals from around the world.

The preparation of these botanicals may have been done so in a factory containing nuts or any other allergen. There will be cross contamination between jars and we cannot guarantee the labelled jars contain that botanical in a pure form.

The selection of botanicals may include any of the 14 major allergens and certainly includes nuts / seeds / cereals.

We ask that distillers do not eat the botanicals.

Our products

The distillery uses nuts and so our products are all created in a factory that uses nuts and any the 14 major allergens.
