Discovery Tour

Embark on a captivating journey through Aberdeen's rich distilling heritage with the Discovery Tour. Begin with a refreshing double G&T as you're guided through the distillery, including exclusive access to the restricted production areas. Learn about the gin-making process, from botanical selection to distillation. Engage in an informative Q&A session with the Head Distiller and conclude with a tasting of over four unique Aberdeen Gins. As a memento, receive a goodie bag featuring a 5cl miniature of their handcrafted gin.

Gin Tasting Masterclass

Capacity: up to 20
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
Cost: £49 / pp

Enhance your gin appreciation skills in the Gin Tasting Masterclass. Start with a double G&T before delving into the distinct flavours of individually distilled botanicals like Juniper, Coriander, Angelica, and Orris. Test your palate with a mystery botanical challenge and enjoy samples from the Aberdeen Gin range, including both London Dry and fruit gins. Conclude the session with a personalized G&T and an interactive Q&A with the Head Distiller.

Gin School Experience

Capacity: up to 20
Duration: 2 hours
Cost: £90 / pp

Transform into a distiller for the day with the Gin School Experience. After a welcoming double G&T, explore Aberdeen's distilling history and tour the production areas. Choose from over 100 botanicals to craft your unique gin using a traditional copper alembic mini-still. While your creation distils, sample a variety of Aberdeen Gins and learn about their distinct profiles. Finalize your 70cl bottle with a custom label and celebrate your achievement with a surprise cocktail.

You choice of labels can also include company branded labels!
