Cocktail - Rubus Idaeus

The Cocktail

This one tastes as good as it looks!

Squish, mix, shake and pour. Easy to make, hard to forget.

What you'll need

• 1½ shot (37.5ml) of Fresh Gin (available at the distillery shop)
• ½ shot (12.5ml) of Triple Sec
• 1 shot (25ml) fresh lime
• ½ shot (12.5ml) shot of Gomme
• Small punnet of raspberries
• Ice
• Cocktail shaker
• Julep strainer (or tea strainer)
• Muddler
• Coupette glass

Step by step

1. Crush raspberries with gomme
2. Mix and shake with all ingredients with ice
3. Double strain into a chilled coupette glass
4. Garnish wish a curl of lime and a raspberry
5. Enjoy!
