Redeeming a tour voucher
In the website menu - click "Experiences". Then browse as to the appropriate tour (as if you are going to buy/book a tour).
On the appropriate tour event page, scroll down the page until you see the booking calendar page (please take care to read any special notices)
Choose your preferred date from the list of available dates.
If you don't see a date that's convenient, feel free to get in touch.
Click the "Redeem" button (be sure not to click the "check availability" button) and fill out the requested information, including your tour voucher code.
Tip: You don't need to enter quantity as only one voucher can be redeemed at a time
Shortly after submitting the form you will receive a confirmation that the code has been accepted and your tickets should arrive shortly afterwards.
If your tickets don't arrive via the provided e-mail address, please check your spam folder and feel free to get in touch and we'll sort it out.
- The tour voucher code can only be used once and is valid for a single booking.
- If you cannot make the booked event, please get in touch and we'll be happy to arrange for you to attend on a different date.
- If for some reason you code does not work, please re-check your code and try again. There may be a zero that should be a O or vice versa. The code is not case sensitive.
- If the code still does not work, please get in touch and we'll check the validity of your code.
