What you'll need

Can the hand crafted gift card be sent directly to the recipient?

There are two choices 

  1. Send the gift card to yourself
  2. Send the gift card to the lucky recipient 

Delivery is by way of 1st class Royal Mail.

I want to check it first - how do I do this?

Select the option for "do not seal envelope" and ensure you use your address for shipping at checkout.

I want to send it directly to the lucky recipient - how do I do this?

Select the option for "seal envelope" and ensure your use the recipient's shipping address.

How many hand crafted vouchers are permitted per card?

Up to 2 hand crafted gift cards can be included per order i.e. up to two cards placed inside one envelope.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes.  Add your personal message when ordering and we'll add a gift note inside the envelope along side the gift cards.

I want to send more than two gift card - how do I do this?

If you wish to send more than two gift cards, then you'll need to purchase another hand crafted gift card.

I have a distillery gift card - can I use this here?

The Distillery Gift Card is different from the Experience Gift Cards. 

The Distillery Gift Card can be used against products e.g. gin, online / at the distillery.

The Experience Gift Cards are for the events we run e.g. Discovery Tour.

Currently the hand crafted gift card only works for Experience Gift Cards.
