Made to order gins are custom orders, distilled specifically for you on a copper alembic mini-still and is typically ready to dispatch within 3-5 days.  Made to order gins are a way for you to enjoy previous gins from the range, having them freshly distilled while allowing us to change the headline gins - so you never have to lose something you love.

The gin

Chocolate & Orange Gin is a recipe created using both traditional and modern extraction techniques.

The chocolate notes, from the cacao, exudes a deep, dark, oaked, vanilla richness.  The fresh orange zest imparts a sweet vibrant orange note.  An eclectic mix of exotic spices bring a captivating spice character.  This triad of powerful flavours marry to offer an excitingly enjoyable experience.

Although this gin tastes sweet, there is no sugar in the recipe – the sweetness comes from the natural sweetness of the botanicals.

Enjoy the gin neat over ice, with tonic, lemonade, or even create a unique martini adding a vermouth with notes of vanilla to complement and balance the rich chocolate notes.
