Made to order gins are custom orders, distilled specifically for you on a copper alembic mini-still and is typically ready to dispatch within 3-5 days. Made to order gins are a way for you to enjoy previous gins from the range, having them freshly distilled while allowing us to change the headline gins - so you never have to lose something you love.
The gin
Summer Garden Gin (formally known as Chamomile Gin) was a gin we made to celebrate robust floral notes.
Starting with notes of Chamomile at the start which offers a sweet quince apple-like flavour, it moves into the classic rich malty Moroccan coriander notes, before moving to a perfectly counter-balanced duo of Rosehips and Rose Petals before finally ending with a light pepper note of Blue Mallow Flowers.
We actually found this was our most popular gin for whisky lovers!
Although this gin tastes sweet, there is no sugar in the recipe – the sweetness comes from the natural sweetness of the botanicals and the premium, ultra-smooth organic alcohol.
We would recommend a light tonic water or even an Elderflower tonic water with this gin.
