With the Scottish Gin Jar you can make your very own gin at home!
What is the Scottish Gin Jar?
The Gin Jar includes everything you need to make two bottles of gin - just add your preferred vodka.
Inside you'll find two sets of base botanicals (Juniper & Angelica, Coriander).
For your first bottle, we've included one recipe pouch that will let you make a full recipe (when added along with the base botanicals).
For your second bottle - add the supplied base botanicals and then it's up to you to choose a range of botanicals so you may create your very own recipe.
Afterwards, the jar can be used again and again to make a range of new and exciting recipes. More recipe pouches can purchased via the website.

Which vodka should I use?
While you can use any vodka you prefer, we would highly recommend considering our Aberdeen Vodka - this is distilled in Aberdeen based on the organic alcohol we use. It's incredibly smooth and acts as a fantastic base for any ginvention.
Do I have to use coriander?
No, we've kept coriander separately because approximately 1 in 5 people aren't keen on it. If you leave coriander out of your gin, we recommend adding additional citrus.
