Nebbiolo Gin (40%) is made using the distillery's Signature Gin and Nebbiolo grapes from the region of Piedmont in North West Italy.
By combining our Aberdeen Signature Gin with legendary Nebbiolo grapes - the very same used to produce Italy's most prestigious, full-bodied wines - we've created a spirit that bridges the gap between craft gin and fine wine culture. Expect a beautifully complex profile, a delicate lively fruity note, and an unforgettable drinking experience.
Tasting Notes
The Nose: Bright, crisp juniper layered with delicate floral aromas of wild violet, fresh cherry, and a hint of warm, earthy spice.
The Palate: A perfect harmony of styles. The vibrant, clean notes of our Signature Gin act as the canvas for the Nebbiolo grape’s structural elegance. Rich dark berries and a subtle, wine-like fruitiness melt into a velvety mouthfeel.
The Finish: Long, port-like flavour and depth, wonderfully refined, leaving a lingering whisper of summer berries, tar and roses.
