Sip & LearnLimited Edition tastings
The Sip & Learn series is brand new for 2026. They aim to be educational and fun - experience new flavours while learning all about the fascinating landscape of alcoholic beverages. Book quickly though - each Sip & Learn topic has limited availability and is only available for 2 months at a time before a new topic becomes available.

Visiting the city for a few days? Prefer to have a flexible schedule for the day? Opt for one of our Anytime Activities - we invite you to taste the range of locally distilled gins, design a gin or even blend your very own Scottish Gin to take home. Advanced booking not required though is subject to availability.

Groups
Are you looking to book for a group? This might be a family gathering, birthday, celebration, a corporate team building event or perhaps to entertain your clients.
New public timeslots can be added on request, though there is a minimum requirement (see below). If you can't meet the minimum requirement you can opt for a scheduled public experience, an exclusive private experience (no mimimums) or an Anytime Activity.

If you're looking to book for a group or arrange exclusive/private event - get in touch and we'll be happy to arrange. Timeslots are available 7 days / week and subject only to availability.

We offer a range of options for our friends in the Travel Trade industry and look forward to working together to delight your clients.
Events can be scheduled operate from 10am to 10pm, 7 days a week & only subject to availability. The distillery is accessible on a single level.
